Contact (contact) is a Russian international system of money transfers and money settlements carried out by individuals without opening a bank account.
The CONTACT payment system has been operating since 1999. The operator of the CONTACT system is LLC NPO Rapida, the founder is JSC RUSSLAVBANK (CJSC), which also performs the functions of a settlement center for it. Since mid-2014, the CONTACT and Rapid systems have been functioning within a single holding company.
The CONTACT system is currently one of the leaders of the payment and transfer services markets in Russia and neighboring countries. CONTACT partners are more than 900 financial institutions in Russia and around the world, which form an extensive network of service points – over 400,000 points, including payment terminals, in more than 160 countries.
The CONTACT system makes payments to over 2,000 legal entities – commercial banks, trading enterprises, insurance and travel companies and their agents, Internet service providers, telecom operators, etc.
Every year, the System's services are used by millions of customers around the world. The CONTACT system is a laureate of the Consumer Rights and Quality of Service-2014 award, as well as a three-time winner of the all-Russian competition Mark No. 1 in Russia in the category Money transfers in 2011, 2012, 2013.
